Reporting an error
If something on a page is wrong or out of date, include the page address in your message. That alone saves a lot of back and forth.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell tours and we do not take bookings, so we cannot make, change or cancel a reservation for you. If you have booked something, contact that operator directly.
We also cannot give personalised trip planning or emergency advice. In an emergency in Iceland, call 112.

For anything covered by our privacy policy — including requests to access or delete data — use the same address and say what you are asking for.
